Scenario
You are using Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent, and you notice that some users keep getting the following prompt, but some users do not:
Reason
Some users receive this prompt because they may have multiple email accounts in their Outlook profile.
The signature update for users with multiple email profiles is completed within the registry, and as a result, Outlook needs to be restarted for the changes to go through.
Users who only have a single email account within their Outlook profile will have their signature information updated directly into the Outlook email settings and are therefore not required to restart Outlook.
