Which Azure Active Directory attributes can be synced to Exclaimer Cloud? – Exclaimer Cloud

The following table lists the Azure Active Directory attributes that can sync to Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Microsoft 365. All these attributes are read when you grant Exclaimer Cloud permission to access user data from your Azure/Microsoft 365 Directory.

* {Email} includes the {Recipient}, {Recipients} and {Subject} from the sending email message.
* 15 {CustomAttributes} are available to use. You need to replace CustomAttribute1 / extensionAttribute1 with the appropriate number between 1 and 15.

Alternatively, you can use Additional Azure AD Attributes - this allows you to use up to 100 extra AD fields.

CAUTION! Access to the custom attribute data in Microsoft 365 is not enabled by default. For Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Microsoft 365 to access the custom attribute data, you (as an Administrator) must grant permission to synchronize data with Exclaimer Cloud.
