Scenario
You are using Exclaimer Cloud and have created your email signature. You have inserted the {Mobile} and {Telephone} fields into your signature design. When your signature gets appended to an email, a blank space is displayed as you do not have a mobile number specified.
How do you ensure that if the data for any fields are not available, those fields are not visible - they are hidden on the signature?
Resolution
NOTE: The steps described here assume that you have already created an email signature. For more information, see how you can create an email signature.
To check visibility settings:
- Open the required signature template within the Signature Designer.
- Select the required field you wish to check its visibility properties.
- From the right-hand Properties pane, expand the Visibility section.
- Select the Visible when option. The selected element is displayed in the first drop-down list.
- From the second drop-down list, select is not empty.
Example: - Click SAVE CHANGES to save the changes made to the template.
