Scenario
You are using Exclaimer Cloud, and you would like to add your working days to your email signature. Adding the working days to your email signature will help the recipients know when to contact you.
Resolution
You can add working days to your email signature by using any one of the two methods listed below:
Text and conditional visibility
Using Text and conditional visibility
- From the left-hand pane, click Signatures, then from the right-hand pane, select the All Signatures tab.
- From the signatures list, click EDIT DESIGN against the signature whose design you want to edit.
- Drag and drop the Text element onto the canvas. The text properties pane is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
For more information on the Text signature element, see Text. - From the Visibility section, add a condition either matching the display name or email address.
Using Custom Attributes
This option is helpful if you need to edit the signature for more than five users.
- From the left-hand pane, click Signatures, then from the right-hand pane, select the All Signatures tab.
- From the signatures list, click EDIT DESIGN against the signature whose design you want to edit.
-
Drag and drop the All {Fields} element onto the canvas. The All {Fields} window is displayed.
- In Label, you can enter text or select an appropriate label for this scenario. As an example, 'My working days' text has been added.
- From the Field drop-down list, select an existing custom attribute. You can use any field from the local directory that isn't multi-value, for example: {AAD.info}
For more information, see Which fields are multi-value and cannot be synced to Exclaimer Cloud?
Example 1: {CustomAttribute1}
Example 2: {AAD.info} - This is an additional AAD attribute available in the Notes fields, in the local directory - If required, drag the field into the desired location in your signature design template.
Example 1: {CustomAttribute1}
Example 2: {AAD.info}
