The Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Exchange is suitable for any users who have mailboxes located on an On-Premise Exchange Server.
If this is no longer the case and the Exchange server is planned to be decommissioned or removed, then the Exclaimer Exchange Routing Agent can be uninstalled from the server - to ensure that signatures are no longer applied.
Once the uninstallation is completed and no servers remain that use the Routing Agent, you can then remove the API key.

Uninstalling Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Exchange from your environment
- Press the [Windows key] + [R] to display the Run window:
- Enter Appwiz.cpl and press [Enter]:
The Programs and Features window is displayed.
- Select Exclaimer Cloud Routing Agent from the installed programs list.
Click Uninstall.
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall.
