This section covers all the options to help you configure client-side signatures as well as the appropriate Outlook settings.

NOTES on Outlook Signatures:
- These options are only available for Microsoft 365 users.
- These options are visible only when you have configured Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Microsoft 365 for client-side signatures.
- Some configuration options are not visible to users with the Editor role. They can only be modified by an Exclaimer Cloud Administrator. For more information, please see the Difference between Editors and Admin?

Enable Signatures to be downloaded for Outlook and Apple Mail allows an Exclaimer Cloud Administrator to re-authenticate client-side signatures so that the users have the correct permissions to sign-in to Exclaimer Cloud when using the client-side agents.

Options allows an Exclaimer Cloud Administrator to control the behaviour of the Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent to determine what changes users can make to their signatures locally, in Microsoft Outlook.
- Client Side Downloads allows users to view the different download options available to deploy client-side signatures.
