Description
It's been some time since we launched our new User Interface and we are very grateful for your feedback - it has helped us identify areas we can work on to continue to enhance your user experience.
In this release, we have focussed on the Microsoft 365 onboarding process.
The Configuration consists of the following sections:
- Connect to Microsoft 365: This covers all the options to help you successfully configure your Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Manage User Data: This covers all the options to help you manage user contact details and user data in a signature.
- Manage Mail Flow: This covers all the options to help you manage your mail flow setup.
- Outlook Signatures: This allows you to set Outlook client restrictions to determine what changes users can make to their signatures locally if your subscription is configured to use the Cloud Signature Update Agent.
NOTE: The options within this section are not available in the new UI for this release. - Exchange on-Premises: This allows users who use both Microsoft 365 and On-Premises Exchange to utilize all the benefits of the full Exclaimer Cloud solution (such as the template designer on a friendly web-based user interface) for all their mailboxes; without migrating from their On-Premises Exchange environment into Cloud.
NOTE: The options within this section are not available in the new UI for this release.
Also, all features in the new UI are equipped with context-sensitive help to guide you on how to use the particular feature. And, don't forget to take a look at our Frequently Answered Questions page.

We have exciting news!
Exclaimer is reaching out to 'non-IT personas' to try the Exclaimer product for free, for 14 days.
You can, as a non-IT persona, explore Exclaimer Cloud and create your own email signatures.
You don't need to have any IT experience - just follow our built-in walkthrough guide to help you, step-by-step, create your very own email signature.
But, if you are unsure about the setup, you can invite an IT Admin to set this up for you.

Description
The Exclaimer Cloud Outlook Add-in feature is now available for you to use on Outlook Web, and it will be available for Outlook Desktop soon.
This feature enriches client-side signatures by adding signatures directly to an email in real-time without any additional installations.
You can select the most appropriate email signature whilst you compose your email on Outlook Web, from the list of all your signature templates. This means you can see all of the signature templates assigned to you via a drop-down menu, providing a more 'visual' experience when it comes to choosing which template is appropriate for which email conversation.
We have also made changes to the Exclaimer Cloud Signatures download page which now consists of three options: Outlook Web, Windows Desktop and macOS.

Description
We are working hard on redesigning the new User Interface (UI) to provide you with a better, informative and consistent experience.
As mentioned earlier, we are rolling out the new UI in phases and some of the functionality is not available 'yet'. Today, we are excited to announce that you can now Delete signatures and Move signatures in the new UI.
For this release, you will still need to access the following from the old UI:
- Configuration Settings
- Sign out option
- Signature/folder actions, which includes Exporting signatures.
- Although the server-side and client-side options are visible in the new UI, you will not be prompted to configure these services, if you have not already done so (you will need to configure them in the old UI).
We look forward to hearing your feedback, both on the experience of the new UI and this online guide.
