Exciting news - The Exclaimer Cloud new UI now supports multiple languages.
The default language selected is based on your browser language. If required, you can always change the language from the drop-down.
(Your chosen language is saved between sessions, but if you log in through a different device then you will need to select your required language again.)

Description
We are back with another exciting feature in the new UI: the Signature Rules Tester.
The Signature Rules Tester is an interactive tool to help you examine the process of sending an email from a defined user (sender) to a defined recipient and see how and why a signature is applied. You can also preview the email with the signatures applied.
For this release, you will still need to access the following from the old UI:
- Configuration Settings
- Sign out option
- Signature/folder actions, which include Delete, Move and Export
- Although the server-side and client-side options are visible in the new UI, you will not be prompted to configure these services, if you have not already done so (you will need to configure them in the old UI).
We look forward to hearing your feedback, both on the experience of the new UI and this online guide.

A new Transport Rule has been added to prevent Out of Office messages from being sent to Exclaimer Cloud.
To avoid Out of Office messages from being blocked in the future, please ensure that you either upgrade your existing subscription for the new transport rule or re-run the setup wizard to enable the new transport rule.

It has been almost a month since we announced the release of our new User Interface (UI) and we've received some great feedback!
As mentioned earlier, we are rolling out the new user interface in phases and some of the functionality is not available 'yet'. We promised to keep you updated when we release more functionality - so here we are again: we are excited to announce that you can now Duplicate signatures and Re-order the sequence of signatures in the new UI. You can also Search for any existing signatures.
For this release, you will still need to access the following from the old UI:

- Signature Rules Tester
- Sign out option
- Signature/folder actions, which include Delete, Move and Export

We’re excited to announce the release of our new User Interface (UI) - we took your suggestions on board and have completely revamped the look and feel of the Exclaimer Cloud user interface. The new modern, faster and responsive user interface allows you to quickly and easily create, edit and manage your email signatures.
We are rolling out the new user interface in phases, and some of the functionality is not available yet. We'll keep you updated as and when we release more functionality.

The following new enhancement is included in this release:
Exclaimer Cloud now uses the latest generation of the Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) to carry out authentication. Previously, Exclaimer Cloud used Active Directory Authentication Library (ADAL).
By using the latest generation of MSAL, Exclaimer has access to the latest bug fixes and improvements from Microsoft and improved capabilities with the latest security offerings from Microsoft and other third parties.
Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) enables developers to acquire tokens from the Microsoft identity platform endpoint in order to authenticate users and access secured web APIs. It can be used to provide secure access to Microsoft Graph, other Microsoft APIs, third-party web APIs, or your own web API. MSAL supports many different application architectures and platforms including .NET, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, and iOS.

The following new functionality is included in this release:
You can now select specific users, groups or domains that you want to include or exclude 'as senders' for the selected signature.
The Select senders window now consists of two tabs: Include and Exclude.
The Include tab displays a list of all people/groups who will be included 'as sender' for the selected signature, while the Exclude tab displays a list of all people/groups who will not be included 'as sender' for the selected signature.
You can also add users or groups you want to include or exclude to use the selected signature.

The Download page for the Cloud Signature Update Agent for Windows now reflects compatibility with Windows 8 (compatibility with Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 has been removed).

The following new functionality is included in this release:
The Outlook Web Signatures functionality adds signatures to Outlook Web for Office 365 mailboxes.
In order to use this functionality, you need to first activate the Outlook Web Signatures. Then, you need to enable and grant permissions to allow the Outlook Web Signatures to read and write signatures to your mailbox settings.

The following new enhancement is included in this release:
The latest version of the Cloud Signature Update Agent for Windows can now set or unset the ‘DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle’ registry key.
- If you already have the Cloud Signature Update Agent installed via the ClickOnce application, then you don't have to do anything - the agent will automatically update 'to disable the roaming signatures'.
- If you have installed the Cloud Signature Update Agent for Windows via Group Policy Objects (GPO) then you need to download and update the MSI assigned to your policy.
- If you have installed the Cloud Signature Update Agent for Windows (not via GPO) then you can also install the MSI directly onto your computer.

The following new functionality is included in this release:
Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Exchange is a new feature added to Exclaimer Cloud that allows users, who use both Office 365 and On-Premises Exchange, to utilize all the benefits of the full Exclaimer Cloud solution (such as, the template designer on a friendly web-based user interface) for all their mailboxes; without migrating from their On-Premises Exchange environment into Cloud.
To make use of this new feature, you need to install an Exclaimer Transport Agent on all your Exchange servers - these will act as a gateway to the Exclaimer Cloud Signature Service and will imprint your mail with the signatures.

You, as an administrator, can now view signature application logs from the Exclaimer Cloud. The Diagnostics Log Viewer allows you to view and search messages - to identify which signatures were applied to your email or pushed to your email client, along with a breakdown of the rules evaluation, for G Suite and Office 365 subscriptions.

The following new functionality is included in this release:
The Cloud Signature Update Agent now allows you to synchronize signatures directly with the user's Outlook on macOS, as well as Apple Mail.
You will need to do an install for macOS to implement this functionality.
Significant changes have also been made within the user interface, such as:
- The Notify Users option in the Signature Rules window, Client-side (Outlook) tab, has been replaced with a Download option.
- The Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent Download page now consists of two download options: Windows and macOS.
