It is possible that you need to update your web browser.

Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) registration
It is possible that your organization has enabled MFA or SSPR; however, you still need to complete the MFA or SSPR registration. If not completed, this results in an unsupported browser error.
Once you complete the registration, you should be able to sign in successfully.
