How to uninstall Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Exchange from your environment

To redirect your emails away from the Exclaimer Azure servers, you need to first deactivate/delete the Transport Rule you have in place then deactivate/delete the Office 365 connectors.

Warning: In order to prevent emails from your company bouncing back when they are sent, you must deactivate/delete the Transport Rule before you deactivate/delete the Office 365 connectors. 

Once you have deleted the Transport Rule and Office 365 connectors, this cannot be undone.

Uninstalling the routing agent 

To uninstall the routing agent from your Exchange Server:

  1. Press the [Windows key] + [R] to display the Run window:



  2. Enter Appwiz.cpl and press [Enter]:



    The Programs and Features window is displayed. 
  3. Select Exclaimer Cloud Routing Agent from the installed programs list.

  4. Click Uninstall.

  5. Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall.
Warning: Once the uninstallation process is complete, the Microsoft Exchange Transport Service will be restarted - this will briefly affect the mail flow.
