To redirect your emails away from the Exclaimer Azure servers, you need to first deactivate/delete the Transport Rule you have in place then deactivate/delete the Office 365 connectors.
Warning: In order to prevent emails from your company bouncing back when they are sent, you must deactivate/delete the Transport Rule before you deactivate/delete the Office 365 connectors.

Uninstalling the routing agent
To uninstall the routing agent from your Exchange Server:

Press the [Windows key] + [R] to display the Run window:

Enter Appwiz.cpl and press [Enter]:
The Programs and Features window is displayed.
- Select Exclaimer Cloud Routing Agent from the installed programs list.
- Click Uninstall.
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall.
Warning: Once the uninstallation process is complete, the Microsoft Exchange Transport Service will be restarted - this will briefly affect the mail flow.
