Signatures do not appear within Apple Mail (macOS)

Scenario

You have deployed Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent, and you notice that the signatures do not appear within Apple Mail; however, the signatures download fine in Microsoft Outlook.

Resolution

Unfortunately, there isn't a proper resolution to this issue. But, as a recommended workaround, we suggest you disable the System Preferences option within iCloud Drive to display the client-side signature in Mac Mail.

To do this:

  1. In macOS, navigate to System Preferences > Internet Options > iCloud Drive.

  2. Click Options.

  3. Disable the System Preferences.app.

  4. Click Done to close the window.
