Scenario
You are currently using Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for G Suite and want to migrate to Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365.
Note: Unfortunately, there is no migration path for Exclaimer Cloud from G Suite to Office 365, so you will be required to create a new Exclaimer Cloud subscription for your Office 365 tenancy.
Resolution
The steps necessary to do this are:
Note: All fields used in templates for G suite must be replaced with the appropriate Office 365 fields as detailed below.
- If the Google Workspace tenancy is still in use, remove the content compliance rule in Gmail.

- Note down any signature settings you want to try to replicate from the original subscription, such as which senders apply to which signatures, any other recipient rules, date and time policies and so on.
- Export any required signature templates.

Caution: Once the signature templates are exported, the original subscription will no longer be available. - Once the original subscription is blocked, Create a new Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365 subscription and configure the operational service.
- Import the signature templates.

- Update the signature fields in the templates to use the fields available from Microsoft 365, ensuring that you update the visibility settings for the fields, so that they are based on the new fields and not the {City} field as shown below:
- Re-configure the signature rules as required.
