Account details are not used for performing data synchronization between Azure Active Directory and Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365.

During the onboarding process for Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365, you must complete a step that grants consent for Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365 to read your Office 365/Azure directory data, so it can be synchronized. 

Having completed this one-off step, there is no need to store credentials for ongoing data synchronization between Azure Active Directory and Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365.
