Relevant Product: Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Scenario
You have been using Exclaimer Cloud for a while now and have recently updated your Exclaimer Cloud Office 365 connectors by re-running the setup wizard.
You notice that there are now two ‘receive’ connectors:
- Receive from Exclaimer Cloud
- Receive from Exclaimer Cloud v2
Reason
The Receive from Exclaimer Cloud v2 connector is the updated version.
The Receive from Exclaimer Cloud connector is left in place (but not used) after the update, in case of any queries.
Resolution
You can delete the Receive from Exclaimer Cloud connector once sufficient time has been allowed (typically 48 hours) for the update to take effect and to ensure there are no queries.
This will not impact mail flow or cause any kind of disruption to your business operations.
