Scenario
You are currently using Microsoft 365 and migrating to G Suite and want to continue using Exclaimer Cloud.
Note: Unfortunately, there is no migration path for Exclaimer Cloud from Microsoft 365 to G Suite so you will be required to create a new Exclaimer Cloud subscription for your G Suite tenancy.
Resolution
The steps necessary to do this are:
Note: All fields used in templates for Microsoft 365 must be replaced with the appropriate G Suite fields as detailed below.
- If the Microsoft 365 tenancy is still in use, remove any existing connectors and mail flow rules.

- Note down any signature settings you want to try to replicate from the original subscription, such as which senders apply to which signatures, any other recipient rules, date and time policies and so on.
- Export any required signature templates.

- Once the original subscription is blocked, Create a new Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for G Suite subscription and configure the operational service.
Caution: Once the subscription has been disabled, the signature files will no longer be available from the portal. - Import the signature templates.

- Update the signature fields in the templates to use the fields available from G Suite, ensuring that you update the visibility settings for the fields, so that they are based on the new fields and not the {Address.Company.CountryCode} field as shown below:
- Re-configure the signature rules as required.
