Scenario

You wish to update the number of users that need to have Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365 signatures added to their emails via your Exclaimer Cloud subscription.

Resolution

To update the number of users for your existing subscription:

Note: Only the owner of the Exclaimer Cloud subscription can update the number of users onto their subscription. 
  1. Login to the Exclaimer portal (portal.exclaimer.com).

  2. Click Manage against the subscription you want to update the users.

  3. Under the Subscription details section, navigate to Number of users and click the pencil icon:



    4. Enter the updated number of users then click Save:
