Does the order of my signatures affect the Process Next Signature feature?
Answer
Yes, the order of your signatures affects which signature is processed next.
Signatures are processed from left to right, as displayed on your home page. This includes any folders you may have configured.
When a message is processed, each signature is checked to see if it applies to the sender of the message and if a match is found, that signature is applied.
If required, you can use the re-order option to change the current processing sequence.
