What is Process Next Signature?

Using the Process Next Signature feature, you can apply multiple signatures to a single message using the server-side function:

For example, you might define:

  • A signature containing contact details, to be applied for everyone in your organization
  • A signature containing promotional banner content, to be applied only for the Sales team
  • Multiple signatures containing regional disclaimer content (e.g. one for the UK team, and one for the US team), to be applied only for external recipients
