How to export a signature template to your desktop

Scenario

You wish to export your signature template so that you can import it into a different Exclaimer Cloud subscription or you may be experiencing a problem with the signature template and our support team has requested a copy for further investigation.

Exporting a signature template

To export a copy of your signature template to your desktop:

1. Log into the Exclaimer Cloud portal and launch your subscription. 
   
   
2. On the Home page, hover over the signature template you wish to export.
   
   The following options are displayed:
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Export button: it is located on the far right at the bottom of the options displayed and it will be highlighted orange when you place your cursor over it.
   
   
4. A window is displayed prompting you to confirm that you wish to export the signature. Click Yes to confirm.
   
   The signature template will then be downloaded to your PC.
   
   Caution: The signature template can only be used with the Exclaimer Cloud product.
