Recipient rules allow you to specify whether a signature should be applied to a message based on the message recipient.
Similarly, recipient rules can be used to exclude a message from having a signature applied when sent to specified recipients.
The recipients defined in the recipient rules can be specific email addresses, or a recipient domain.
You can also use recipient rules to determine whether a signature should be applied when emailing internal recipients or external recipients.
