How to rename a signature

All existing signatures are displayed as tiles on the home page. You can easily rename an email signature to suit your requirements.

To rename a signature:

1. Hover your cursor over the required signature tile then click the Rename signature option:
   
   
   
   The Rename signature window is displayed:
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the required title you want the signature to be renamed as.
   
   
3. Click OK to save the changes and exit back to the home page.
