Continuous prompts to enter Office 365 credentials when trying to access the Settings page

Scenario

Once you launch your Exclaimer Cloud subscription and click the options list from the top-right of your screen then select Settings - you are prompted to enter your Office 365 Global Administrator credentials.

Note: Only Office 365 Global Administrators are permitted to access and modify the Exclaimer Cloud subscription configuration.

And, when you enter your Office 365 Global Administrator credentials and click OK, the page refreshes and returns to the Exclaimer Cloud subscription or you are prompted to re-enter the credentials. But, the Settings page is not displayed.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

  1. Use your Global Administrator credentials and log into the Office 365 Admin Center. 

  2. In a new tab, in the same web browser session, log into the Exclaimer Cloud portal and attempt to open the Settings page (click the options list from the top-right of your screen and select Settings)
