Removing the Exclaimer Cloud Azure App

Scenario

You have either completed the Connector Setup Wizard and wish to remove the Exclaimer Cloud Setup app or you have cancelled your Exclaimer Cloud subscription and wish to remove all the Exclaimer Azure apps from your Office 365/Azure AD.

Resolution

Warning: If you have not cancelled your subscription yet, ensure that you only remove the Exclaimer Cloud Setup - Please remove after setup app.

Removing the additional apps will stop Exclaimer Cloud from working.


To remove the Exclaimer Azure apps, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com) as a Global Administrator.

  2. Navigate to Azure Active Directory > Enterprise applications:

  3. In the search box, type Exclaimer to filter the list of apps to only show the Exclaimer apps:

  4. Click on the app you want to remove:

  5. From the left-hand pane, under Manage click Properties. Then from the Properties window click Delete to remove the selected app.

    A message box is displayed prompting you to confirm to remove the selected app.

Note: If you have already cancelled your subscription, then Delete each Exclaimer app until all Exclaimer apps have been removed (steps 4 and 5).
