How to manually synchronize signatures to Gmail

Scenario

You have made changes to your client-side signature and want this to be updated within Gmail immediately.

Resolution

Currently, Exclaimer Cloud automatically synchronizes signatures to Gmail once every 60 minutes. But, you can start a manual synchronization if you wish to reflect any changes immediately.

To start manual synchronization:

  1. Log into the Exclaimer Cloud portal, click Launch to open your subscription. 

  2. Click the options list from the top-right of your screen and select Settings:
  3. The Settings window is displayed, select the Synchronization tab.

  4. Under Synchronize signatures to Gmail, click Start:

Once the synchronization is complete, sign out. Log back into Gmail to see the changes to your signature.
