Scenario
You have created an HTML file and you would like to import it into Exclaimer Cloud or the On-Premise solution that you are using.
Resolution
Unfortunately, you cannot import an . HTML file directly into Exclaimer Cloud or your On-Premise solution.
For Exclaimer Cloud, you will need to build the template again using the drag and drop editor.
- Sign up for an Exclaimer Cloud account and create a subscription. You can also start a free trial.
- Set up your subscription to link to your Microsoft 365 or G suite tenancy.

Create your signature template. Exclaimer Cloud's intuitive drag and drop editor enables you to recreate your signature template with ease.
If you want your signature template converted by Exclaimer's Design team then please contact our Sales team who will be able to discuss your requirements further.

Recreate your signature rules to apply signatures to your emails.
If you are not sure on the best way to recreate your current policy set up in Exclaimer Cloud, raise a ticket with our Support team who will be happy to advise you.
For On-Premise, you can copy and then paste the HTML content into the On-Premise HTML Source Editor.
Please be aware that copying and pasting HTML can result in merge clash errors or unsupported HTML that will need to be removed.
An alternate solution is to rebuild the template using the tools available in the Design view.
