Relevant Products: Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Scenario
When you are in the process of building a template in Exclaimer Cloud, you come across various limitations, such as image size, character count, number of elements in one container and so on. Why are these limitations required?
Reason
Limitations are added to the signature template in order to keep the signature as small, in file size, as possible.
Resolution
You cannot control the limitations, but if they are causing an issue then we can request this change from the Exclaimer Development team.
If you want another opinion on how you can simplify your signature, then please contact the Exclaimer Template Design team. (Just as an idea - can you split the template into smaller ones and stack them using server-side?)
The following table lists all the limitations within Exclaimer Cloud for signature templates:
Limitations | |
150KB | Image file size |
5KB | Font File size |
250 | Elements in one signature |
50 | Images in a signature (at one time) |
20 | Child elements in one container (such as table, table cell) |
