How to deploy client-side signatures to remote users?

Scenario

Within your organization, you have a number of users who are working from home. You need to ensure that they can access their client-side signatures on their home PCs for work emails.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, ensure:

  1. Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent is deployed to each user's computer.
  2. Apply client-side signature rules.

Deploying Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent

To synchronize signatures with the user's Outlook, the Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent needs to be deployed to each user's computer.
