Scenario
You are using Exclaimer Cloud Outlook Web Signatures and you notice that your signatures don't appear when you compose the emails.
Reason
Microsoft has started the process of rolling out the Outlook Roaming Signatures feature - as a result, the location of the signatures visible within Outlook Web App (OWA) has been changed by Microsoft.
As the old (previous) location is no longer accessible and currently Microsoft has not made it possible to update the new location - the synchronized signatures are no longer visible to users within OWA.
Once the command completes, look for the content of the SignatureText and SignatureHTML attributes:
- If these attributes contain content, then you have been affected by this change.
To resolve this issue, please follow the resolution described below.
- If these attributes do not contain content, then you have NOT been affected by this change. To resolve this issue, please raise a Support ticket.

You must migrate to the Exclaimer Cloud Outlook Add-in and disable the current Outlook Web Signatures sync. The Add-in is much more feature-rich and will provide you with more signatures (as many as you can deploy) and allow for different new and reply signatures whilst you compose your email message.
The Exclaimer Cloud Outlook Add-in feature enables you to select the most appropriate email signature whilst you compose your email in Outlook, from the list of all your signature templates. The signature templates can be used for different messages; for example, to represent different marketing brands.
