Scenario
You want to set up a Calendly link (or a similar scheduling software) within your signature to allow recipients to book appointments with you.
Resolution
Before you set up a Calendly link within your signature, please ensure:

You have Azure Active Directories

You have either the Custom Attributes or Additional Azure AD Attributes feature configured

You have a subscription of either Client-side or Server-side signatures
To add a booking link to your signature, you need to:
If you are using the Additional Azure Attribute feature, follow these steps:
- Open Active Directory Users and Computers.
- Locate the user you want to update and open the editor for the account.
- Go to the Attribute Editor tab.
- Select the field that you want to use for Calendly, then double-click to edit it.
- Paste the link from Calendly.
- Using AD Connect, edit the Directory Extensions and add the chosen field to be synced to Azure AD.
If you are updating the Custom Attribute data for the users, follow these steps:
- Go to https://admin.microsoft.com
- Go to Users > Active Users.
- Locate the user you wish to edit, then select the account.
- Click Mail.
- Click Edit Exchange Properties.
- In the General section, click More Options.
- Double-click an existing custom attribute to edit its value or click the pencil icon to create a new one.
To obtain your scheduling link from your chosen product:
Please note that the steps described below refer to Calendly, but they will also work with any other scheduling product.
- Login into Calendly.
- Get your chosen schedule by clicking on Copy Link.
- Paste this link into your Active Directory field.
- Repeat this process for all required users.

- Go to https://admin.google.com
- Go to Directory > Users.
- Locate the user you wish to edit, then select the account.
- Click on the User information section to edit

Select the field that you want to use for Calendly, then double-click to edit it.

- Paste the link from Calendly.
- Click SAVE to save changes made for the user.
Manually synchronize the new user data to Exclaimer Cloud.
- Within the Signature designer, open your signature template.
- Drag over the Text field to the required position in your signature template.
- Update the text to match the field you selected; example {CustomAttribute1}.
- Save your signature template.
- anyone using the Server-side signatures will automatically see the changes made.
- anyone using Client-side signatures will need to run the Exclaimer Cloud Signature Update Agent (on the user's machine) to sync the changes made.
