Scenario
You are using Client-Side signatures, and your signature uses bitmap rendering, custom fonts, and/or embedded images from Google Drive.
Resolution
You must enable sharing settings in Google Drive to enable your content.
NOTE: If you use Client-Side signatures without enabling sharing settings, you must use linked images instead of . This will also restrict you from using custom fonts, background images or rendering any elements as a bitmap.
To set up Google drive permissions:

Sign in to the Google Admin console using your Administrator credentials.
- From the Admin console home page, select Apps > Google Workspace > Drive and Docs.
- Select Sharing settings.
- Under Sharing outside of [your organization], select ON - Files owned by users or shared drives in [your organization] can be shared outside of [your organization].
- Ensure the Allow users or shared drives in [your organization] to share items with people outside [your organization] who aren't using Google checkbox is selected.
- Select the When sharing outside of [your organization] is allowed, users in [your organization] can make files and published web content visible to anyone with the link checkbox.
