Getting to know the new UI and where the different options are placed is a bit time-consuming. To help you navigate your way through the Exclaimer Cloud UI, we have created this page listing the navigation path to the various options.
Enable Signatures
This feature allows you to enable an email signature that may have been previously disabled. By default, when you create a new signature, it is disabled. To use the new signature, you have to enable it.
- From the All Signatures tab, select the signature you want to enable, then click MANAGE.
- Select the Enable tab to enable the selected signature for server-side or client-side deployment.
Duplicate Signatures
This feature allows you to create a new email signature similar to an existing one.
- From the left-hand pane, click Signatures then from the right-hand pane, select the All Signatures tab.
- From the signatures list, click Duplicate against the required signature you want to duplicate.
Re-order Signatures
This feature allows you to view the existing sequence of the email signatures and, as required, re-order the sequence.
- From the left-hand pane, click Signatures. All relevant functionality to set up the signatures is displayed on the right-hand pane.
- Select the Re-order tab
Move Signature
This feature allows Admin users to move signatures from one folder to another folder.
- From the left-hand pane, click Signatures then from the right-hand pane, select the All Signatures tab.
- From the signatures list, click Move against the required signature you want to move to a specific folder.
Import Signatures
This feature allows you to import the signature template into Exclaimer Cloud.

From the left-hand pane, click Signatures then from the right-hand pane, select the All Signatures tab.
- From the All Signatures tab, click IMPORT SIGNATURE.
Export Signatures
This feature allows you to export signatures for a number of reasons, such as:
- To import them into a different Exclaimer Cloud Subscription.
- To assist the Exclaimer Support team in resolving an issue.
- From the left-hand pane, click Signatures then from the right-hand pane, select the All Signatures tab.
- From the signatures list, click Export against the required signature you wish to export to your PC.
Delete Signatures
This feature allows you to delete an email signature if you are sure you no longer require it.
- From the left-hand pane, click Signatures then from the right-hand pane, select the All Signatures tab.
- From the signatures list, click Delete against the required signature you want to delete.
