How to apply a signature to a shared mailbox

Scenario 

You want to apply signatures to emails sent from shared mailboxes using send-as permissions in Exchange.

Resolution

Server-side signatures can be applied to emails sent from shared mailboxes in the same way as you would for a standard user.

NOTE:  In order for the shared mailboxes data to be successfully synchronized with Exclaimer Cloud, please ensure that the feature has been enabled for your tenant. Get in touch with the Support team to have this feature enabled
