Scenario
You have configured a standard username and password-based Exclaimer Cloud account and now you wish to log in using either Microsoft or Google authentication.
Resolution
To add a Google or Microsoft Single Sign-on (SSO):

Log in to the Exclaimer Portal under your current account.
Example:
- If you have only one subscription, the system will automatically launch your subscription. Please follow the instructions as described here: If you have only one subscription.
- If you have multiple subscriptions, the system will switch to the Accounts section. Please follow the instructions as described here: To add Google or Microsoft SSO as an additional authentication method in Exclaimer Cloud.
If you have only one subscription - please follow any of the methods listed below:
Method 1: From the left-hand pane, click Account Settings, then select Subscriptions.
You will be redirected to the Overview tab on the dashboard. Select the Accounts tab and follow the instructions as described here: To add Google or Microsoft SSO as an additional authentication method in Exclaimer Cloud.
Method 2: From the left-hand pane, click Home, then within Subscriptions, click subscription portal.

Method 3: From the left-hand pane, click Sign Out.
You will be redirected to the Overview tab on the dashboard. Select the Accounts tab and follow the instructions as described here: To add Google or Microsoft SSO as an additional authentication method in Exclaimer Cloud.
To add Google or Microsoft SSO as an additional authentication method in Exclaimer Cloud:
- Select the Accounts tab at the top of the page.
- In the Security section, under Third-party authentication, you will see the relevant options. As required, select Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.

- Once you have successfully signed in to your Google or Microsoft account, the Accounts page will be displayed, where you will see your additional account.

You will now be able to sign into the Exclaimer portal using that option on the main sign-in screen.
If you wish to remove this, click Remove next to the authentication method.
