How to add Google Workspace custom attributes in Exclaimer Cloud?

Scenario

You wish to use an attribute to populate a field that is currently not supplied in Exclaimer Cloud for Google Workspace. For example, a unique booking link for each user.

Resolution

To create and add custom attributes in Exclaimer Cloud:

1. Create custom attributes for user profiles. 
   
   
2. Make sure the custom attribute is of 'Single Value' and is 'Domain Visible'.
   
   
3. Once the data is synchronized, the fields are moved to Exclaimer Cloud and available within the template or in the hyperlink properties for the selected field.

   NOTE: To view any available fields that are currently synchronized:
   - Within the signature template, select the relevant signature element.
   - From the right-hand side Properties pane, in the Text or Hyperlink field, type {.
   - A list of all available fields you can use within Exclaimer will be displayed.
