You are using an Exclaimer on-premise signature product and would like to migrate your configuration to Exclaimer Cloud.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to 'migrate' the configuration from an on-premise product directly to Exclaimer Cloud; however, the process to move to Exclaimer Cloud is very simple.
Please follow these steps for Exclaimer Cloud:
- Sign up for an Exclaimer Cloud account and create a subscription. You can start a free trial here.

- Set up your subscription to link it to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenancy.
- Create your signature templates. Exclaimer Cloud's intuitive drag and drop editor makes recreating your signature templates very simple.
If you want your templates converted for you by our Template Design team, then please get in touch with our Sales team (email@example.com), who will be able to discuss your requirements further.
- Recreate your signature rules to apply signatures to your emails.
