How to add fields as hyperlink to text

Scenario

You are using Exclaimer and wish to use a dynamic hyperlink on a line of text; for example, add the text 'Book a meeting with me here' and populate it with a link so that the recipients can book a meeting with you.

Resolution

To add fields as hyperlinks to text:

1. From the left-hand pane, select Signatures. The All Signatures tab is open by default. 
   
   
2. From the signatures list, select Edit against the signature whose design you want to edit. 
   
   
3. Highlight the word or line of text to which you wish to add the hyperlink.
   
   
4. From the right-hand pane, select Add Hyperlink.
   
   The HyperLink window is displayed.

5. In the Destination URL, press [Shift] and [{] to bring the list of fields.
   
   
   
   
6. Select the required field you want to use.
   
   
7. Select OK to save the changes made.
