For example:
Adding required fields
Once you drag and drop this element into your design, you can choose which fields to add:
In the All {Fields} window:
- To add a single field, click the existing Field to display a drop-down list, where all available fields are displayed.
If required, add a label for this field, then click OK to add the field to your signature design.
- To add multiple fields as a group, click Add {Field}. This adds another row to the list, so you can select another field from the Field drop-down list and then repeat as required.
Example:
Setting field labels
If required, you can add a text label or choose an icon, to display before each field.
Example:
Working with groups of fields
If you choose to add multiple fields, you are creating a group 'on the fly - to this you can apply Group Properties. Group properties define how fields within the group will look and behave. By default, all grouped fields inherit these properties, but you can always select an individual field later, to define specific properties.
For further information about these settings, please see Groups and group properties.
