There are two Legal & Compliance elements:
Legal Disclaimer and Registered Office are both text fields, containing sample text that you can edit to suit your own needs.

Legal Disclaimer
An email disclaimer is a block of text that is added to an outgoing email to limit liability, often appearing at the bottom of an email as a separate section. The content will often include the company name, registered office address and company registration details which is a legal requirement for a corporate email in many countries.
This is frequently combined with a confidentiality notice along the lines of 'This message contains confidential information and is intended only for...'. Naturally, the reason for including one is simple: to avoid a fine or legal action.
Having dropped the Legal Disclaimer element into your design, click in the placeholder text and replace it with your own content:
You can define text properties to determine how this text looks and behaves in the signature. As you update this content, you can see it how will be displayed in emails, using the preview pane:
Registered Office
Having dropped the Registered Office element into your design, click in the placeholder text and replace it with your own content:

When you add or edit Legal Disclaimer and Registered Office elements, Text properties are displayed:
These are standard text properties that determine the appearance of text in these fields. For further information about these settings, please see the Text Element article.
You can also use a blank Text element to add and style your own if you do not wish to use and change the in-built options.
