Scenario
You have created a signature template using the Drag and Drop editor. Everything looks correct on Desktop devices and the Exclaimer Portal. However, on mobile devices or smaller screens, the signature template begins to wrap incorrectly.
Resolution
To correct this issue, you will need to add a fixed width to the signature template - this will allow the signature template to correctly scale on smaller devices.
Based on your requirements, you can resolve this issue in any one of the following methods:
-
Method 1 - A signature template that requires a 'Fluid' legal disclaimer
- Method 2 - A signature template that requires a 'Fixed' legal disclaimer
Additional Info:
Fluid - The term fluid is used when describing an element that can grow and shrink according to the screen size.
Fixed - The term fixed is used when describing an element that must remain the same size regardless of the screen size.
