How to align Arabic or Hebrew text within your signature

Scenario

You are using Arabic or Hebrew text within your signature and you want to ensure that your text retains the correct alignment regardless of the mail client.

Resolution

To change the direction of the selected text:

1. Open the required signature in the Signature Designer.
   
   
2. Click on the blue border of each text field that has the Arabic/Hebrew text.
   
   The Text properties window is displayed.
   
   
3. In Text Direction, select the Right to left option:
   
   
   
   
4. Save your signature template.
