Scenario
You are using Exclaimer and have created your email signature with rotating banners. Now you wish to set up different banners for separate domains.
Resolution
NOTE: The steps described here assume that you have already created your email signature using rotating banners, and you have configured a banner for your first domain.
For more information on how you can add a rotating banner to your email signature, see Rotating Banners.
For more information on the different signature elements (available within the Toolbox), see Signature Elements.
Once you have configured a banner for your first domain, you can set it so that it only displays for specific senders using Visibility options.
To set visibility options:
- Within Signature Designer, open the required signature with rotating banners.
- Click on the rotating banner.
Example:
- From the right-hand side properties pane, expand the Visibility section.
- Select the Visible when option. Then from the first drop-down list, select {Email}, from the second drop-down list, select contains, then enter the domain name in the space provided.
In this example, let's assume 'domain1' is the name of your first domain.
- Similarly, set up a rotating banner for your second domain.
Example:
- Select the new banner, then set Visibility options.
In this example, let's assume 'domain2' is the name of your second domain.
- Click SAVE to save the changes made.
