The Exclaimer Cloud - Exchange On-Premises system is suitable for any users who have mailboxes located on an On-Premise Exchange Server.
If this is no longer the case and the Exchange server is planned to be decommissioned or removed, then the Exclaimer Exchange Routing Agent can be uninstalled from the server to ensure that a signature does not apply anymore.

Before you uninstall the Exclaimer Cloud - Exchange On-Premises, please ensure you have:

Permission to restart the Exchange Transport Agent Service
As the routing agent connects to the Exchange Transport Service, you will need to restart this to completely remove the system.

A Domain Administrator account for the On-Premise domain
To uninstall the Exclaimer Cloud Signature for Exchange Transport Agent, you will need to be signed in with an account via Domain Administrator credentials.
