Signature Card

The All Signatures tab displays all signatures from top to bottom in their processing order.

Each signature is displayed as an individual signature card and consists of the following information:

The table below describes the different sections of the signature card: 

Name of the signature (in some cases, it might be the name of the folder). 

Signature tile: Click anywhere on the signature for an enlarged view of the signature design and its associated configuration details.

Senders: Displays a summary of all senders linked to this signature. A maximum of four senders are displayed.
NOTE: '......' means that there are more senders linked to this signature.

Senders can include Everyone, individual users, groups of multiple users (with any advanced queries) and any sender exceptions. 

Configuration: Displays a summary of the required configuration enabled for this signature. It consists of:

  • Configuration rule: How the signature is applied: Server-side (Microsoft 365) or client-side (Outlook).

  • Date/Time rule: If a Date/Time rule is applied to the signature, then Date/Time Range Applies is displayed. If the Date/Time rule is always enabled, then Always Active is displayed.

  • Recipients rule: Type of recipient selected:
    Any recipient: Both 'Internal and External' recipients are selected 
    Internal Recipient: Only 'Internal Recipient' is selected.
    External Recipient: Only 'External Recipient' is selected.
    Specific Internal Recipients or Specific External Recipients: Any inclusions or exclusions associated with internal or external recipients.  

  • Advanced Rules: If any advanced rules have been set for this signature, then 'Advanced Rules Apply' is displayed.
