You've enabled the Outlook Web Signatures functionality but cannot see your signatures on the email.
Answer
There can be multiple reasons why you cannot see your signatures in Outlook Web:
- You haven't successfully completed the steps to activate the Outlook Web Signatures.
- Your mailbox is on-premise. Currently, the Outlook Web Signatures functionality is only available for mailboxes on Office 365.
- You haven't enabled the appropriate options in Signature Rules, Client-side (Outlook)
