During the setup process for Exclaimer Cloud, you will be required to enter a code to allow our wizard to complete the setup of your Subscription.
Unfortunately, you may receive the error "That code didn't work. Check the code and try again" when attempting to authorize the setup to continue.
When you go through the setup wizard, there are two options for authenticating the service to continue. Unfortunately, only the Authorize button will continue the setup currently.
If you have clicked the https://microsoft.com/devicelogin, the wizard will not continue once you have entered the code and you will still need to press the Authorize button to continue. This will ask for the code a second time, however, the wizard will have continued in the original tab.
If you have used the https://microsoft.com/devicelogin link and are then presented with this issue, you will be able to continue the setup by returning to the original Exclaimer Cloud tab.
