You are trying to sign in to the Exclaimer Cloud portal using a username and password, but are unable to gain access.
There are multiple reasons that this can be occurring.
- Your password is incorrect
- You do not have a user name and password associated with your account
- There is a browser issue preventing the data being provided correctly
Your password is incorrect
If your username or password is incorrect, you can reset your password using the "Forgotten?" option in the password box.
This will then ask your for your email address and will send a forgotten password email so that you can reset this.
If this mail is not received, it is possible that either of the below are the cause:
- The email address you are trying to login with is incorrect
- You do not have a username and Password associated with that account
You do not have a username and Password associated with your account.
If you have signed up using the Microsoft or Google sign in methods as detailed in the guide here then you will not have a username or password configured directly with our services.
You would need to login using the same authentication option that you have signed up with using the options above the username & password boxes.
There is a browser issue preventing the data being provided correctly
It is possible that the browser itself is preventing the sign in from completing.
To confirm this you can try signing in using an "Incognito" or "InPrivate" browser window from your browser, which will open a browser with no functioning addin's and no cached password data.
If this works and the normal browser does not, then cleaning out the cache of your browser may resolve the issue, or removing any add-ins you have until you identify which one is causing your issue.
