Relevant Products: Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
When running the Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365 connector setup wizard, the process hangs and fails to progress past the 'Adding Secure Certificate domain to verified domains list.' stage and does not report an error.
This issue can occur when the Exclaimer subscription you have configured has already been set up with a different Office 365 tenancy. This could potentially be a separate test/demo tenancy you used when trailing Exclaimer.
To resolve this you need to remove the domain ending smtp.exclaimer.cloud from your demo or old Office 365 tenancy.
This can be done by logging onto the Office 365 tenant and going to Set up > Domains and removing the Exclaimer domain.
After removing the domain you can try running the setup wizard again. However, If the setup wizard hangs again please log a ticket with our support desk and we can investigate this further for you.
