You are unable to save the console and the following error is presented:
The error is often caused when the remote deployment folder has either been removed, or the console has lost access to the share due to a change in permissions.
One of the following methods can be used to resolve this issue:
1. If you only have one Exchange server it is not necessary to have remote deployment configured, remove the remote deployment location from the Exclaimer console, this should now allow the save.
2. If you have multiple servers with Exclaimer installations remote deployment is required. Try creating a new share folder and specify this in the console instead (ensuring the correct permissions have been set up according to - https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360004470071 and the location path is correct.)
Note: You may notice a yellow triangle next to the remote deployment location box, this is normal and does not indicate any issues.
