You have sent an email to OWA (Outlook Web App) or Outlook Online and when viewing this in the "Preview Window" your signature template appears broken in places.
This is caused by a specific style within the web client's main style sheet that overwrites the signatures styles and causes the layout and format to break down.
Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent this issue from occurring as it is specific to the web clients main style sheet.
On further investigation of this issue, we have identified the specific style that causes this issue to occur. Unfortunately, it is apart of the main styling of the web client and would not be something we are able to override.
We have ran several internal tests using our on-premise solution to implement the specific style into the signature and applied overriding styles to this, but unfortunately the issue remains.
We have also used Google Chrome and it's "Inspect Elements" tool to identify the style and disable this from within the web browser. Once this has been done we can see the signature template appears correctly. This further clarifies that the web client is causing this issue to occur.
