As an Exclaimer employee, you require to sign in to Zendesk Support to view support tickets, add notes, or to respond to customer queries.

Alternatively, you can access the Support and Chat sections of the Zendesk Ticketing system by Signing into the Exclaimer Knowledge Base
2. Select the Sign in option in the top right-hand corner, then select the 'I am an Agent' option when prompted to sign in
3. Sign in using your Exclaimer Email address and domain password.
4. Once signed in, click on the 2x2 grid of squares and then select the 'Support' option.
